Should Donovan McNabb return next week?

It is highly speculated that Donovan McNabb will return to the Eagles next week as the team hosts the Buccaneers. The question is: should he?
When the Eagles get back to work next Sunday, they will be taking on a Buccaneers team who could very well be 0-4. They are starting a new quarterback this week and face the Redskins who are 1-0 at home.
With Donovan’s rib injury, it is something that could be re-aggravated very easily. It is one of those things that has to heal on its own and takes time to do so. With the way that Kevin Kolb has played in his place, I don’t see why the Eagles can’t give McNabb another week to rest his ribs. Since Jeff Garcia was released, it is more than likely that Donovan will at least dress, but why not put him in the emergency quarterback role? That way he only needs to enter the game if absolutely needed.
Tampa Bay has always been a team based on defense; however, they rank 21st in pass defense and 31st in rush defense right now. This is not the Tampa Bay defense it once was.
As much as I shouldn’t, I keep looking past Tampa Bay and Oakland to the Week Seven matchup with the Redskins that starts our slate of three division games in a row. These are the games that I’d like Donovan McNabb to be healthy for. Kolb shined last week against a horrible Chiefs team. I’m not sure he’d do the same against a division foe.
What does everyone else think? Who should start next Sunday?
