Do we really know what to expect from the Eagles the rest of the year?

I was reading Garry Cobb’s website and he was discussing how we really don’t know who the Eagles are yet, and I have to agree with him. He also noted that with the upcoming schedule they have we won’t be able to tell for a few weeks. This is also true.
The Eagles have crushed two really bad teams and looked terrible against one of the best teams in the NFC. They have a few more games here against bad teams before they see a real challenge. However, the Eagles don’t make their schedule so they can’t be blamed here. All they can do is keep pounding the teams they’re supposed to and pick up some quality wins when they play good teams.
I think right now it is good for them to have a soft schedule coming up due to the injuries they’ve had. This allows players to get back on the field and start to gel. They’ve had three games already and have played with three different lineups and a slew of different players. I’m looking for them to get the lineup they want moving forward on the field and to dominate teams. The talent is definitely there, and I think they are capable of doing tremendous things.
We do need time so they can prove they are who we think they are, so until then we have to wait.

This is true. The Eagles have won the games they were supposed to and lost the game where there was uncertainty. Wins are wins though so I hope they can keep picking them up against the not so great teams.

Beat who you have to beat, get geared up, and then take out the Giants and make Eli cry.
Blam!
