After coming out and telling everyone how himself and Tony Romo weren’t on the same page, Roy Williams is now making things even worse. Today he came out and made this comment:
“I’m not a T.O.,” Williams said. “I’m not trying to be a T.O. I don’t know why people are trying to put me in that category.”
People are saying it because this is the exact thing T.O. complained about last year in Dallas, it just happens to be a different target that Romo is looking too more often. If Miles Austin wasn’t playing his heart out, the Cowboys would really be screwed. Williams is on a straight path to no where and is now opening his mouth and making things worse.
If he had half a brain, he wouldn’t dwell on what reporters are saying and would attempt to move on. Tell everyone you and Romo are working on it and you think the results will show on the field. Don’t question people and make yourself sound like a fool. Next thing you know he’ll be yelling at Romo on the sidelines during a game and asking the media if T.O. did that too.
Despite his stupidity, I hope he keeps it up. Having locker room trouble like this only brings down the team. It’s a great thing for the Eagles going into Sunday’s game.
