Eagles start slow, fall to Chargers 31-23

The Eagles came out and disappointed us again with a terrible effort against the San Diego Chargers today. They got off to a slow start and ended up having to kick field goals early in the game rather than scoring touchdowns. Their red zone efforts were horrible today and they struggled to convert short yardage situations again.
You can tell that there is a lack of confidence in the offense looking at the play calling and the defense is still very suspect. Brian Westbrook left the game yet again, but it didn’t really matter as the Eagles refused to run the ball yet again.
There were a lot of stupid penalties and the game was incredibly frustrating overall.
Look for more in-depth analysis tomorrow.
