Friday Five Pack – Week Five Edition
Posted on 08. Oct, 2010 by Mike Burke in Eagles Related
The Eagles travel west this weekend to take on a very underrated San Francisco 49ers team. They will look to bounce back after a tough loss to the Redskins, in which they lost some key players who will be unable to help the team pick up a much needed win.
Despite the setbacks, the Eagles will have to carry on. They want to come back east with a win, and not supply the Niners with their first win of the year.
Today we ask the fans a series of questions based around the upcoming match-up. Leave your answers in the comments section!
1. Kevin Kolb will get the start this week, how do you think he will perform this Sunday night?
2. What concerns you most about the match-up with the 49ers?
3. In what area did the Eagles struggle last week that you most want them to improve upon this week?
4. What player could be an x-factor for the Eagles on Sunday?
5. What will the final score be?

1. I believe in Kolb. I think he needs to play the entire season to be judged fairly. With that, I think he will put up big numbers. He is facing a rookie safety that has coverage problems. Also the Eagles know they need to run the ball so look for a new Eagles game plan this week, you heard it here first.
2. Nothing concerns me about the 49ers. I think the Eagles get showed up in one area and they fix it the next week.
3. What concerns me is the consistency they lack week to week.
4. Mike Bell needs to put up or shut up this week. He needs to be the X factor along with Kolb.
5. Score is… I do not know I just want a win.
