Baker, 27, was last in Oakland but also spent time with New England, Buffalo, and Minnesota. At 5′ 10″ 200 pounds, Baker has never had stellar numbers recording only 78 tackles, 1 forced fumble, and 5 interceptions in his 5 year career.

His addition, along with the addition of Sean Jones, fills the two empty spots vacated by Brian Dawkins and Sean Considine.

I am not very impressed with this signing as this guy has shown nothing so far in his NFL career. I guess the upside is that much like Jones, he only signed a one-year deal so if he shows nothing on the field this year he can easily be dropped.
